Flag of the Malaysian state Kelantan. Vectors drawn by Mysid on a GIF from FOTW.

FOTW says [1]:

The flag consists of a white emblem on a red background. The red background signifies the loyalty of the people of Kelantan. The white emblem stands for the sanctity of the office of the Ruler. (...) The emblem consists of a crescent, symbolising Islam; a star; two spears and two keris or Malay daggers (the small objects beneath the star).
