Flash (juggling)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In juggling, the term flash is used to describe the throwing and catching of a number of props when each prop is thrown and caught only once. The term is used to distinguish the flash from the more continuous juggle, wherein every prop must be thrown and caught at least twice.
