Flamingo Fortune

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Flamingo Fortune was a Florida Lottery gameshow that aired in the mid to late 1990s. It was originally produced under the banner of Mark Goodson Productions. One taping cycle later (5 shows on the air) the production company then became Jonathan Goodson Productions (long discussed as the first solo production for JGP).

The show's original announcer was Rich Fields, who is now Bob Barker's permanent announcer on The Price is Right. Rich was the announcer on Flamingo Fortune for three seasons.

The original hosts were JD Roberto and Lisa Stahl-Sullivan. Lisa was a former model from the night-time version of Price. JD Roberto was replaced after the first season and was replaced with former ABC kids' show host Michael Young.

Flamingo Fortune was produced by Jonathan Goodson Productions at Universal Studios, Florida.
