FJ40 is a specific model of the Toyota Land Cruiser. This 4WD vehicle was developed in the 1950's. Toyota called it's prototype vehicle the Toyota Jeep and by combining the B-type engine with a Jeep type vehicle it was known as the BJ. Later the F-type engine was used and this model became known as the FJ. FJ40's and other Land Cruiser vehicles are sought after by 4WD enthusiasts for their legenday off-road performance.
