[edit] IRB Initials on coin

Does anyone know the significance of the initials "IRB" on the reverse side of the Australian 5 cent coin? It is very hard to see with the naked eye, but I took a photo of it here: http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/3334/macro1ux3.jpg --Windsok 16:55, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
