This U.S. Department of Treasury page says that the debt in 2005 was $8.1 trillion, not $319 billion. Am I not figuring something in, or is the article just incorrect? Ryan Salisbury 21:42, 12 June 2006 (UTC)You are confusing the yearly deficit with the accumulated national debt.
