First Allied Corporation is a company based in Florida, in the United States. The company is controlled by the Glazer family, who are involved financially in Manchester United, a leading football club in Europe. First Allied has a strong presence in food processing.

The Glazer brothers also control the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, an American football club that is part of the NFL. The Glazer family consists of Malcolm Glazer, Joel Glazer, Edward Glazer, Bryan Glazer, Avram Glazer, Kevin Glazer and Darcie Glazer.
