FiRESiGN[1] is an underground music group which began as a solo project by Japanese vocalist Aya in 1999. In 2001, FiRESiGN was joined by Masaki Yamada. (vocalist EZO, Loudness) In the aftermath of 9/11, the duo, with the help of Masami Doi (guitarist Hot Water Duxie), recorded the demo CD, "Rise from the Ashes", as a tribute to the memories of those lost. The two heavy metal hellions are reportedly at work producing a new LP. FiRESiGN's most recent line-up featured Jamel Hopkins on drums and Goh Kurosawa on guitar.
