Finger fumbler

A finger fumbler is the sign language equivalent of a tongue-twister.

According to Susan Fischer [1] "The following is a tongue-twister in English as well as a finger-fumbler in ASL: Good blood, bad blood." It can be seen on QuickTime video files at good blood, bad blood.
