Findon, Aberdeenshire

Findon or Finnan (Gaelic: Fionndan), Scotland is a fishing village 8 miles south of Aberdeen, famous for originating the smoked haddock known as Finnan haddie. The most interesting part of Findon is the Moor which has a number of paths through many of which run along the Cliffs. Deer can often be seen here. Nearby features include the Portlethen Moss Nature Reserve.
