Already a longer and better list on Peer-to-peer
- The above was added byUser:Squash on August 22nd, but that user did not add it to the vfd list, and therefore is missed. -Vina 22:36, 3 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- The list should probably be split from the peer-to-peer article. As for this page, 'delete it.—Rory ☺ 00:27, Sep 4, 2004 (UTC)
- When possible, try to keep. I merged the data, and changed this page to a redirect, to prevent future creation under that article name. -- Netoholic @ 03:23, 4 Sep 2004 (UTC)
there should be an article on peer-to-peer, and an article on file sharing (separately), file sharing is (usually) peer to peer, but not all peer to peer is filesharing :-), so the following procedure is reccomended: Short article on file sharing, short article on peer to peer, and either 1 list called list of peer to peer software , or 2 lists (one peer to peer, the other file sharing), depending on the number of entries involved. Kim Bruning 10:33, 6 Sep 2004 (UTC)- Ugh, caught out by the redirect! Kim Bruning 10:35, 6 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. As per change.--Dittaeva 16:37, 7 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. File sharing and peer-to-peer are not exactly the same. Andris 22:55, Sep 8, 2004 (UTC)
