Filip De Man is a member of the Belgian parliament for the Flemish movement Vlaams Belang party. He was born November 11, 1955 and lives in Vilvoorde.

Vlaams Belang is among the largest parties in Belgium, and supports increasing restrictions on immigration. Critics see it as far right, the party calls itself conservative.
