Field Music is a band from Sunderland, England. The band consists of core members Andrew Moore and brothers Peter and David Brewis. Their sound is often described as "Wire produced by The Beach Boys."
Field Music released their self-titled debut album in August 2005. A collection of B-sides and earlier songs, Write Your Own History, was released in May 2006. Their second album, Tones of Town, is set for release on 24 January 2007.
