Festivali i Këngës 45 will be the latest edition of the Albanian musical show Festivali i Këngës, to be held on the 23rd December 2006, with two semi finals on the 21st and 22nd. The winning song will represent Albania in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007, to be held in Helsinki, Finland on 20th May 2007. However, as Albania failed to qualify from the semi final in 2006, the Albanian representative will first have to go through the semi final on the 18th. It seems likely that all the songs in Festivali i Këngës will be sung in Albanian.
