There have been two prominent people known as Fernando Poe.
- Fernando Poe, Sr., a famous Filipino actor.
- Fernando Poe, Jr., son of Poe, Sr., also a famous actor and a former candidate for President of the Philippines.
There is also an island of the coast of Africa, presently called Bioko, that was once called Fernando Po.
