Ferguson High School

Ferguson High School was a high school in Newport News, Virginia. Named for Homer L. Ferguson, president of Newport News Shipbuilding from Jul. 22, 1915 - Jul. 31, 1946.

The Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts is a theater and concert hall named for Homer Ferguson on the campus of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. The site of the Ferguson Center is the former Ferguson High School.

NFL players Aaron Brooks who played for the New Orleans Saints and currently the Oakland Raiders graduated from Ferguson High School.
