Female Vampire is a 1973 film by Jesus Franco. The plot revolves around Countess Irina von Karstein (played by Lina Romay), a mute woman who needs sex like a vampire needs blood in order to stay alive forever.
The movie was produced in France. Its original title is La comtesse noire, but it has been released under about a dozen different titles, including Bare Breasted Countess, Erotikill and Les Avaleuses with running times ranging from just over 70 to over 100 minutes. Some versions focus on the horror aspect while some focus on hardcore pornography. Lina was nude for about 98% of the film, and was engaged in sexual act for about 80% of them.
