Felty's syndrome is a condition characterized by the triad of (rheuma factor positive) rheumatoid arthritis, splenomegaly and granulocytopenia.

- Recurrent Infection,
- Hypersplenism → causing 2° anaemia ± thrombocytopenia)
- Lymphadenopathy
- Skin hyperpigmentation & cutaneous ulceration

Treatment is similar to that of rheumatoid arthritis. Splenectomy may improve neutropenia in severe disease.
