Felix Adler II (January 22, 1884 - March 25, 1963) was an accomplished American screenwriter whose career spanned over 30 years. He is best known for his work with the Three Stooges.

Adler was born on January 22, 1884 in Chicago, Illinois. He died of abdominal cancer on March 25, 1963 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California.
