Center of the World (Imperial County, CA) at Longitude 114° 45' 55.35" W; Latitude 32° 45' 1.38" N

Accessible from California Interstate 8 in the far south east of the state, just before Yuma, Arizona.

Felicity (founded on 11 May 1986) is named after a town mentioned in Jacques-Andre Istel's book Coe the Good Dragon.
