Federal Council refers to one of the following:
- The Federal Council (Bundesrat in German) a political institution in several countries:
- Bundesrat of Germany, the upper house of the German federal parliament
- Federal Council of Austria, the upper house of the Austrian federal parliament
- Swiss Federal Council, the federal government of Switzerland
- Federal Council, the governing body or Central Executive Committee of a political party, comprised of its officers and other representative elected members
- New Democratic Party of Canada Federal Council, one of three tiers of party governance
- Green Party of Canada Federal Council, the Party's elected national executive
