I have significantly amended this article because it is implied that UEFA Cup and Fairs Cup is the same competition, which is simply absolutely false. I have included a link to UEFA's official website, where the total number of Barcelona's European trophies appears (http://www.uefa.com/footballEurope/Club=50080/competition=1/index.html). Robert King.
The Inter City Fairs Cup competition record should be included here and FC Barcelona's 3 wins should be added to their 9 other European trophies. In 50 Years Of The European Cup And Champions League (2005) by Keir Radnedge these wins are included. The majority of statisticians also recognise these as European wins.
