Fazlollah Noori

Fazlollah Noori ( - July 31, 1909) is one of the most important figures in the 1906 Constitutional movement in Iran which ended with having right to have a parliament. He introduced an Islamic Clergy Council to have eye on parliament not to issue Anti-Islamic laws. He was hanged after the fall of Mohammad Ali Shah.
