Faxed Head is (supposedly) a group of "developmentally disabled" teenagers from Coalinga, California, who play a demented hybrid of death metal, noise and industrial music. A "Mrs. Johnson from Coalinga High School" has written biographies and letters of introduction to their music.
In reality, this faux-developmentally disabled band is a goof perpetrated by Gregg Turkington, aka comedian Neil Hamburger and owner of the Amarillo Records label, and Trey Spruance of Faith No More and Mr. Bungle, as well as others. These two gentleman have also played together in the Three Doctors and the Bon Larvis Band.
