FAXCOM

FAXCOM is a fax server software system produced by Biscom Inc., USA. It runs on Linux and Windows systems, and is subject to a proprietary licence.

It supports up to 96 fax lines per server, and an unlimited number of users. It suports many e-mail protocols including SMTP and Microsoft Exchange, integrates with business software such as Siebel, and has various APIs to facilitate integration into custom software.

User interfaces include e-mail, supplied client software, and third-party applications.

Biscom also operate a range of public fax services called FAXCOM Anywhere, as an alternative to purchasing and installing its software.
