Who would take the lore of the Dwarves literaly? I am going to remove the last paragraph unless an explenation is given. This page should present the facts, but treating fictional writing as real history is not factual. Someone went a tad bit overboard with this one.

I think the intention of the last paragraph is to say that probably Tolkien didn't take it too literally within the context of his world. The paragraph would be improved if that were made more clear, but it's still pure speculation (and should probably be removed for that reason alone). -Aranel ("Sarah") 02:12, 19 August 2005 (UTC)
