Fatima Blush is a fictional character from the unofficial James Bond film Never Say Never Again, released in 1983. The film is a remake of the 1965 Bond film Thunderball and her character is roughly equivalent to that of fellow SPECTRE agent Fiona Volpe. Fatima Blush is portrayed in the film by Nicaraguan-American actress, Barbara Carrera.
Fatima Blush is the wickedly sinister and oversexualized SPECTRE Agent Number 12, who has been assigned by Maximillian Largo to take the most tender love and care of Captain Jack Petachi. She disguises herself as a nurse at the Shrublands to train Jack for his break-in to the safe and substitute the warheads. After he completes this task, she murders him by throwing her pet snake into his car, causing it to crash and to cause more mayhem, she blows it up after he's dead.
A characteristic of Fatima is that she seeks to dominate and control all the men in her life. She particularly wants control over James Bond, using force to make Bond write a note saying that she was the greatest lover he had ever had. This demand was prompted when Bond remarked that Fatima had a "hatred of men", which offended her greatly. She then detonotes a bomb in Bond's room.
She is killed by Bond who fires a rocket grenade into her with his disguised pen, leaving behind nothing but burnt high heels.
