The prefix un is usually a negation but heimlich and un-heimlich are an exception, these are not antonyms. ^[1]

• unheimlich can also be used to from a superlative: acutely / cardinal / direfully / exceeding / extreme / outmost / supremely

heimlich {de} : auricularly / backdoor / clandestine / covert / cryptic ^[1] / furtive / lurking / privily / secret / sneaking / stealthy / surreptitious / thievishly / underhand
