[edit] POV?

Is this a Wikipedia article or an OxFam ad? This is so NPOV it's unbelieveable. --Jkonrath 00:12, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

{{sofixit}}? It's cited throughout. No, it doesn't go into detail about the successful side of the topic as much as it could but that's an issue of information availability and time. I think you mean it's so POV it's unbelievable, which is not correct - it just details the criticism more than the positive side. So far. violet/riga (t) 09:00, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Footnotes?

I wish to switch the citation style of the page from embedded HTML links to footnotes. The article does not currently have a references section, and it is unclear which citation leads to where. Using footnotes, references could be properly cited at the foot of the article. I wanted to get everyone's opinion before I make any drastic changes. --Ppk01 12:23, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

That's fine. I was going to go through and do it myself but haven't yet had the time. violet/riga (t) 14:17, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
