Farshad Pious (Persian: فرشاد پیوس ,born January 12, 1962 in Tehran, Iran) is a retired Iranian footballer who was a striker for a number of clubs in Iran, most notably Persepolis FC, as well as Iran national football team.

He was top scorer of Azadegan League in 1991/92 season with 11 goals and in 1994/95 season with 20 goals. He was also the top scorer of the Qatari League during the 1988/89 season with 9 goals. He is also Persepolis' all time top goalscorer with 52 goals.

He is currently coach of Azadegan League side Teraktor Sazi. Before Teraktor Sazi he was the head coach of Shemushack Noshahr.
