Farook College, Calicut

Farook College is a center of higher education in Kozhikode, a district of Kerala, India. Its creation marked a breakthrough in the renaissance of Kerala Muslims. It was founded in 1948. The college started with the establishment of Rouzathul Uloom by Moulavi Abu Sabah. That first establishment is currently known as Rouzathul Uloom Arabic College and is now part of the sprawling campus.

Farook Institute of Management Studies (FIMS) is conceived to be a new generation management institution promoted by Farook College and governed by the leading industrialists of Malabar. The institute is supported by management experts like Mr. Mammen Mathew - Managing Director, Malayala Manorama, Mr. Javed Hassan - Chairman, Nest Group of Companies and Prof A. H Kalro, Former Director, IIM - K. It established within the Farook College Campus in an exclusive building designed aesthetically to provide a studious atmosphere to the students.
