Farm Cove is an Auckland suburb. In Farm Cove, there are 2 main schools;Wakaaranga Primary School and Farm Cove Intermediate. Wakaaranga Creek is a creek that runs through Farm Cove. Wakaaranga means 'canoe resting place' because the Maoris used to leave their canoes (wakas) in the creek for a rest, but that isn't possible now because it is filled in with mangroves.
