Farley Wood is a suburb of Bracknell, in the civil parish of Binfield, in the English county of Berkshire.

It was built either side of the Turnpike Road, largely on the site of Farley Moor Copse, in the 1980s. It is the location of Farley Moor Lake and a number of Bracknell's big employers, such as Cable & Wireless, 3M and British Telecom at Farley Hall.
