Farhan Azmi is the son of Samajwadi Party MP Abu Asim Azmi.
He is currently in the restaurant business and owns three restaurants in Mumbai including Koyla (restaurant) and two branches of Cafe Basilico.
He is currently dating Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia.
