[edit] Information
"Fantastic" is a Trance kind of song obviously with the J-Pop essence, and the B-side, called "Slow Motion" is a soft ballad tune. The song was the opening for the anime TV series Blackjack, being the first Ami song which appeared on a anime. Taking this step on Ami's career, Avex expected to get more attention to Ami by anime fans, and so does Ami herself, and even more after the decrease of her single sales. In the interview did at Oricon Style Ami talked about it; she said that hopefully the song will have more success because the anime fans.
The single was Amigo's biggest success in 6 months. It did well on the charts debuting at #9 the first day, but then it fell off the charts in a few days. Although "Fantastic" debuted with her highest sells since "Negaigoto", it still wasn't much of a success compared to the likes of "Delightful" and "Eventful".
