Fan Chun Yip (Chinese: 范俊業, born May 1, 1976 in Hong Kong), with the nickname "chutsai" (豬仔), is a Hong Kong professional football player who plays as a goalkeeper for Hong Kong team. He is currently playing for Happy Valley in the Hong Kong First Division League and was voted the player of the year in the 2003/2004 season. He has previously played for Instant-Dict, Yee Hope and Hong Kong Rangers. He made his international debut on 19 November 1998 vs. Vietnam.

On August 8, 2003, in a exhibition match against the Spanish giant Real Madrid, Fan, playing for the Hong Kong team, came on as a substitute in the second half. He made a string of fine saves to keep Real Madrid at bay in the second half, and since then Fan became in fame and is recognised as one of the best goalkeepers in Asia.
