[edit] Speculation on Galactus and Fallen One's powers

Should it be really speculated why Galactus didn't remove the Fallen One's powers. We don't know for sure he couldn't. And at the same time Galactus has the power to have destroyed the Fallen One at any point so the question is why didn't he?
