Falconwood railway station is situated in the suburb of Falconwood, London Borough of Bexley, and is served by the Bexleyheath Line: it is 10.4 miles (16km) from London. The station was opened much later than the remainder of the line, on 1 January 1936, to serve a growing area. A brick-built ticket office leads down to the cutting in which the station lies.

Trains run east from the station to Dartford; Some trains continue to Gravesend and Gillingham. To the west to London Charing Cross and London Victoria; During peak hours there is a train service to London Cannon Street. The station and all trains are operated by Southeastern.
