Falabella is a department store which originated in Chile. It is one of the largest retailers in Latin America, the largest of three department stores in Chile. Falabella department stores can be found in Chile, Argentina and Peru.

In addition to the department stores, Falabella owns and operates the Sodimac Homecenter home improvement stores in Chile, Colombia and Peru. Other substantial business units include the CMR credit card, Hipermercados Tottus (Chile and Peru), Supermercados San Francisco (Chile), Viajes Falabella, Falabella Pro, Banco Falabella and Falabella TV (Chile).

Falabella also owns and operates the largest e-commerce site in Chile and Argentina (Falabella.com).
