Fadesa Inmobiliaria is one of the main real estate and construction groups of Spain, based in La Coruña, Galicia, Spain.

Fadesa has two main divisions — real estate and asset management. Real estate is the traditional division through which it engages in the promotion of all types of homes, whether as a first or second residence. Asset management develops basically hotel projects and golf courses. It retains the ownership of the asset and outsource the operation to a specialized third party.

It was founded at the end of the 1970s. It specialized in the development of great projects of protected house. In 1993, its activity outside Galicia begun. First in Castile and Leon and more ahead in the rest of communities of Spain.

At the moment, Fadesa is present all over the Spanish territory through twenty delegations and more than fifty points of sale.

At the international level, it participates in great projects like the touristic resort of Saīdia, Morocco with a surface of 300,000 square meters. It is also present in a few Eastern European countries such as Hungary and Romania.

In 1999, Fadesa gives the international jump and enters the market of Portugal and in 2000 it opened its delegation in Morocco. At the moment it has diversified its investment with patrimonial investments (hotels, golf courses, etc...)

Net sales in 2004 were around €690,750,000. By 2005, Fadesa Immobiliaria employed 3505 employees.

Fadesa is the official sponsor of Galician football club Deportivo La Coruña.
