Fachhochschule Lübeck

The Fachhochschule Lübeck is a university in the city of Lübeck in the German state of Schleswig-Holstein. The name of the institution translates as "Lübeck University of Applied Sciences" in English, but in conversations and prose it is generally called by its German name or by the acronym of the German name, FHL.

It is of special note that 2005 was the tenth anniversary of FHL's electrical engineering exchange program with MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering). Also, there are successful international partnerships in the areas of industrial and mechanical engineering. FHL collaborates and has exchange programs with other universities in the United States, as well as with universities in China, Denmark, Finland, France, Ghana, Ireland, Latvia, Spain, and Sweden.
