Fabiola Gatti (Born April 16, 1987) is the frontgirl and songwriter of the UK band Fabs. She was born and grew up in Punta del Este, Uruguay (where she currently spends her summer holidays) and moved to London at the age of 15 to pursue a music career. She started putting a band together in 2003, and after a few demos, the band signed a recording contract and released their first single on vinyl.

FABS are currently finishing their debut album which is expected to be released in early 2007. Their first release, "Surfer Girl", has become a cult song for surfers and has been featured in surf festivals and events all around the world.

It has been reported that Fabiola was dating Razorlight's Johnny Borrell, but in recent interviews she has claimed that this is not true.

Fabiola is often noted for her cheeky fun attitude towards the press and is also famous for her songwriting skills - not only she writes FABS indie-surf songs in english but also salsa-rumba songs in Spanish for her Latin side project The Chi Chis.

The band FABS consists of Fabiola on vocals, guitar and keyboards, Gordon Stoddart on guitar, Donny Sutherland on bass, and Sam Lumsden on drums. [1]
