Fabio Cudicini

Fabio Cudicini (born October 20, 1935 in Trieste, Italy) was a professional football (soccer) goalkeeper from 1955 to 1973. With his 191 cm (6'3") he was one of the tallest goalkeepers of his time. He was nicknamed Ragno Nero ('Black Spider') and was one of the most celebrated goalkeepers for A.C. Milan, helping them win the European Cup in 1969. His son, Carlo Cudicini, is also a goalkeeper.

Cudicini played for Milan from 1967-73; he also played for Udinese (1955-58), Roma (1958-66) and Brescia (1966-67). Despite his achievements, Cudicini never played for the Italian national team.
