Fabián O'Neill

Fabián O'Neill, full name Fabián Alberto O'Neill Dominguez (born 14 October 1973, Paso de Los Torros) is a former Uruguayan football midfielder. According to media, he is retired.[1]
Starting his career at Club Nacional de Football, O'Neill went to play in Europe, in Serie A club Cagliari Calcio. The club was relegated to Serie B in 1997, but promoted again in 1998. After Cagliari was relegated again in 2000, O'Neill was transferred to Juventus F.C.. In January 2002, he was involved in the transfer of Davide Baiocco, moving to Perugia as a part of the deal. He was released in the summer break and returned to Cagliari in Serie B. In January 2003, O'Neill returned to Club Nacional de Football in Uruguay.
O'Neill has 19 caps and 2 goals for Uruguay, and represented the country at the FIFA World Cup 2002.
