Héctor Fabián Carini Hernández (born 26 December 1979 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan football goalkeeper.
In 2004, Carini was exchanged for Fabio Cannavaro in a transfer which was worth 10 Million Euro.[1]
He spent the 2005-06 Season on loan at Cagliari,but is currently under contract with Inter Milan.
