Eznis Airways

Eznis Airways is a newly establshed startup regional airline in Mongolia. A subsidiary of Newcom Group, the airline is headquartered in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, adjacent to the Chinggis Khaan International Airport. Eznis plans to operate scheduled flights to domestic destinations of Mongolia. Eznis has 86 employees including local and expat experts. Eznis has a maintenance support agreement with GE for the engines.

Eznis has 2 Saab 340B aircraft acquired from American Eagle Airlines, based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Newcom Group had initiated extensive research and project study on feasibility domestic air transport back 2004. Based on the research it has founded Eznis Airways earlier 2006 as a fully owned subsidiary. It engaged SH&E Limited [[1]] to develop business plan for this new startup. Eznis has Air Operator Certificate (AOC) No. 11 issued by Mongolian Civil Aviation Authority (MCAA)[[2]].
