Your picture of Ezio Pinza appears in Ida Cook's book, "We Followed Our Stars". Having read the book, I think that the picture was taken by Ida Cook herself outside the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, in London - probably in the early 1930s. Ida was an inveterate snapper of opera stars and assembled a large collection of pictures.
