This is a list of the extreme points of Sweden, the points that are farther north, south, east or west than any other location.

• North : Treriksröset, Kiruna, Norrbotten County (in the province of Lapland) (69°03′N 20°33′E)
• South : Smygehuk, Trelleborg, Skåne County (in the province of Scania) (55°20′N 13°21′E)
• West : Stora Drammen, Strömstad, Västra Götaland County (in the province of Bohuslän) (58°56′N 10°58′E)
  • West (mainland) : Ledsund, Strömstad, Västra Götaland County (in the province of Bohuslän) (58°59′N 11°6′E)
• East : Kataja, Haparanda, Norrbotten County (in the province of Norrbotten) (65°43′N 24°10′E)
  • East (mainland) : Sundholmen, Haparanda, Norrbotten County (in the province of Norrbotten) (65°49′N 24°9′E)

• Kebnekaise south peak (2 104 m) assuming glaciers count.
  • Kebnekaise north peak (2 097 m) if glaciers are not included.
