Extreme Northwest Ohio is a portion of Northwest Ohio or the Black Swamp area containing the following counties:
- Allen County
- Defiance County
- Fulton County
- Henry County
- Paulding County
- Putnam County
- Van Wert County
- Williams County
This area is closest to Northeastern Indiana and southern Michigan.
