Expressway R6 (Czech: Rychlostní silnice R6) is an expressway in Czech Republic. If completed, it will go from Prague through Karlovy Vary and Cheb to border with Germany. First segment was opened in 1980s.

As of 2006 36 km of full expressway (+ 9 km of semi-expressway) are in operation in three segments. Another three segments 23 km long are under construction.
